These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GlideCast™, including the GlideCast™ Calculator℠, the RaceWax Oracle℠ forecast components, and the wax prediction engine℠ and snow surface energy model℠ made available through the site. By creating an account or using GlideCast™, you agree to these Terms.
Services. GlideCast™ offers subscription access to software that applies the RaceWax Oracle℠ methodology through the GlideCast™ Calculator℠. The tagline Wax Done Right℠ describes the GlideCast™ Calculator℠ experience when shown separately from the slogan “Stop Guessing. Start Winning.”™ We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of GlideCast™ or RaceWax Oracle℠ outputs with reasonable notice where practicable.
Accounts. You are responsible for credentials and for activity under your GlideCast™ account. Sharing GlideCast™ or RaceWax Oracle℠ outputs for commercial coaching without an appropriate license may violate these Terms and your subscription agreement.
Intellectual property. GlideCast™, RaceWax Oracle℠, GlideCast™ Calculator℠, the wax prediction engine℠, and the snow surface energy model℠ are protected by applicable laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use them during an active subscription. You may not reverse engineer the RaceWax Oracle℠ or GlideCast™ Calculator℠ stack except as law allows.
Disclaimers. Recommendations from GlideCast™ and RaceWax Oracle℠ are decision-support tools, not guarantees of race outcomes. Snow conditions and human factors remain your responsibility.
